2. Services
BNM Labs provides digital services including, but not limited to, website setup, funnel creation, automation systems, AI-powered tools, consulting, and related digital products.
All services provided are setup and implementation services only, unless otherwise stated in writing.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
• Provide accurate and complete information required for service delivery
• Provide access to third-party platforms (e.g. domains, hosting, email providers, CRM tools)
• Ensure all content provided is owned by them or legally licensed
BNM Labs is not responsible for delays caused by missing information or access.
4. Payments & Fees
• All prices are stated clearly at the point of purchase.
• Payments are non-refundable once work has begun.
• Payment plans are binding agreements and must be paid in full, regardless of service completion stage.
Failure to complete payment may result in suspension of services.
5. Third-Party Tools & Platforms
BNM Labs may integrate third-party platforms (e.g. GoHighLevel, Stripe, email providers).
We are not responsible for outages, pricing changes, or limitations imposed by third-party services.
6. Intellectual Property
All systems, templates, automations, and materials created remain the intellectual property of BNM Labs until full payment is received.
Upon full payment, clients receive a license to use the delivered work for their business.
7. Limitation of Liability
BNM Labs does not guarantee specific business results, revenue, or performance outcomes.
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service provided.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate services if a client violates these terms or behaves abusively or unlawfully.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws where BNM Labs operates.
